our Core Values
The center of what we do.
01 | Think like a CEO
We believe in learning from leaders across all functions and industries. It’s easy to get siloed in your role, but at Execore, we seek the bigger picture. Regardless of our titles, we adopt a CEO mindset and consider all aspects of our companies’ strategy.
02 | Community first
Community is at the center of what we do. We believe in the value of connecting with peers and learning from each other through transparent conversations.
03 | Continuous growth
Our members are driven by curiosity and we welcome new perspectives. An emphasis on lifelong learning is our strategy for staying sharp and making a lasting impact.
meet our Founder
Karan Zoria
“Leadership isn't just about theory; it's about learning from those who've done it.”
Execore’s founder Karan Zoria is an attorney, entrepreneur, and former executive. Karan launched his career as a corporate lawyer at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he advised a number of companies on corporate transactions and helped them fuel growth through mergers and partnerships. After Cravath, Karan transitioned to a senior role at The Org, a data platform for org charts based in New York City, where he sharpened his executive skill set.
As an ambitious learner, Karan was always interested in professional learning and development. He found there was an opportunity to create a learning program for executives that was community-powered. Starting with just 10 learners, Execore has quickly expanded to empower leaders and managers at some of the world’s top companies.
