Executive training, reimagined.

company ethos

Our mission is to maximize personal and organizational success for executives.

At Execore, we are driven by a singular mission: to support executives with practical and flexible professional training. We strive to upskill leaders with the knowledge they need to excel. Our vision is ambitious: to help every current and aspiring executive to reach their potential through a dynamic and peer-led learning experience.

our Core Values

The center of what we do.

01 | Think like a CEO

We believe in learning from leaders across all functions and industries. It’s easy to get siloed in your role, but as business leaders, we seek the bigger picture. Regardless of our functions, we adopt a CEO mindset and consider every aspect of our companies’ strategy.

02 | Practitioner-led learning

Our learners value perspectives from those in the trenches. We believe in the value of firsthand experience and sharing knowledge with those who understand their challenges.

03 | Continuous growth

Our members are driven by curiosity and we welcome new perspectives. Lifelong learning isn't just a buzzword for us - it's our strategy for staying sharp and making a lasting impact.

meet our Founder + CEO

Karan Zoria

“Leadership isn't just about theory; it's about learning from those who've done it.”

Execore’s founder Karan Zoria is an attorney, entrepreneur, and former executive. Karan launched his career as a corporate lawyer at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he advised a number of companies on corporate transactions and helped them fuel growth through mergers and partnerships. After Cravath, Karan transitioned to a senior role at The Org, a data platform for org charts based in New York City, where he honed his executive skill set.

As an ambitious learner, Karan was always interested in professional learning and development. He found there was an opportunity to create a learning program for executives that was flexible, practitioner-led, and peer-driven. Starting with just 10 learners, Execore has quickly expanded to empower leaders and managers at some of the world’s top companies.
